The crew uses a time tracking mobile app to accurately apply the job task, piece of equipment, and time to the correct customer. Our goal is to ensure a job report that tells a detailed story.
Our office staff and project supervisors work closely together throughout the day to communicate current and future job status to ensure utility locates, traffic control, permits, and submittals are all moving in the right direction.

To ensure a quality project is consistently delivered to our customers, our Supervisors employ a variety of quality control measures:

• Project/task checklists
• Daily communication and site visits with job foreman to try and stay ahead of material needs
• Crew is able to attach pictures from the field to the time tracking app, so images/job/time/location are all noted
• Crew is enabled to make decisions on the job site to ensure customer satisfaction
