Scott Nix grew up around inventive and hard-working individuals, and he consistently keeps those important traits front-of-mind while running his company. With over 40 years of excavation experience, 35 of which as a business owner, Scott is well versed in all types of projects and able to offer a valuable point of view.
Tony DoDero
General Manager & Project Manager
Tony DoDero has been involved in construction his entire life, joining with Scott in 1984. His dedication to his projects' success is evident through his ability to see the "big picture" and understand what's best for the project. He has an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of construction, and is able to ensure all crafts come together seamlessly – from the bottom up. Tony has been the Project Manager for many of our largest jobs, and his ability to shuffle equipment and people to get a job completed is invaluable.
Brady Nix
Supervisor
In true family business style, Brady has been working for Nixcavating since he was 14. His hands-on knowledge of job sites, ability to plan and execute tasks, and his knack for working well with people are just a few of the skills he'll bring to your project. With over a decade of experience at Nixcavating, he's still one of the go-to guys when there's a dirty job that needs to get done right the first time.
